The Hospitality Operations Program offered by Malaysian Hospitality Training Center (MHTC) is designed to equip entry-level hospitality employees with essential practical skills and industry knowledge required for operational excellence. The objective is to support employees within their first one to six months of employment by enhancing their competence, confidence, and job readiness through structured, skills-based training.
